You see that little star? That’s where we’re going to meet-up for the parade tomorrow. Specifically, it’s the northwest corner of the Beekman and Nassau Street intersection. Here’s the map so you can zoom in and stuff. Joe and I are shooting to get there around 8:30-9 a.m., but you’re welcome to come whenever.

In the wake of yesterday’s report by CBS, calling into question the very notion that Steve McNair was killed by girlfriend Sahel Kazemi, the legal community was abuzz for approximately a couple hours… until the Nashville police released new text messages between the two, which effectively squelched all alternative murder theories… or did they?

Jered Weaver will be pitching this afternoon for the first time in 10 days while his counterpart, Andy Pettitte, will be going on seven days rest. The extra time off probably makes no difference for Weaver, but it’s huge for Pettitte, who suffered from a “tired shoulder” in mid-September.
